Delivery of the artwork:

  • Please deliver your artworks to the Bankside Gallery on Monday 21 February, 2022 between 11.00 and 13.00
  • If the artist cannot hand in their work in person, their friend/family/representative can deliver on behalf of the artist. 
  • This is a gentle reminder that the artwork must be framed and the mirror plates should be fitted to the frame.
  • Please unpack the artwork at the point of delivery and take the packaging away with you.
  • If you are unable to deliver in person, please use an art courier who can deliver on Mon 21 February 2022 between 11.00 and 13.00. You can use an art courier of your choice, but if you are an international artist, we are aware that the following art courier may be able to assist:

Collection of the artwork:

  • Please collect your artworks whether sold or unsold from the Bankside Gallery on  Sun 27 February 2022 between 17.00 and 18.00 or Mon 28 February 2022 between 9.00 and 12 noon.
  • Please bring the packing materials with you.
  • Delivery of the sold works to the purchasers is the responsibility of the artists.  
  • Any uncollected works will attract the storage fee.
  • We will arrange the timed entry for a smooth collection process. Please choose your desired time slots (1st, 2nd and 3rd choice), and email us info@broderers-exhibition.co.uk
