Artist Statement

This design was taken from a photograph she took on Kangaroo Island in Australia, the background fabric is Tie Dyed Silk, the embroidery includes silk shading using Fillosell Silk, the metals include Japanese Thread, Passing in gold and silver, purls in various sizes and colours and small beads.
