Artist Statement

There is something peaceful about getting lost in the tiny stitches and create intricate details on the fabric.

Viktoria fell in love with hand embroidery a few years ago when she became a student at The Royal School of Needlework.

She draws her inspiration from nature while walking and taking photographs of plants and flowers.

She creates drawings and watercolour paintings that are the foundations of her embroidery work.

With a great attention to detail and love for bright colours she creates vibrant pieces using natural materials like wool, silk, linen and cotton.
