Artist Statement

Rebecca Miriam Offredi is an multi award winning International Freelance Embroidery Artist and designer. Having trained at the Royal School of Needlework, she graduated in 2021 with a 1st class degree in Hand Embroidery and a multidisciplinary approach to her practice.

With a strong basis in emotional memories, her pieces stem from a desire to create beautiful, exquisite, and original works which showcase her skill as a technical hand embroiderer. Her work is intricately, embroidered with a wide range of different threads, materials and lustres. A distinct design handwriting, combined with impactful bold use of colours, patterns, metallics and attention to detail, result in pieces that pack a punch and command attention.
